Sold as a single sleeve. If you need a pair please select the pair option.
Each sleeve consists of trauma pads and anti-spall layers. This sleeve is unique in its design as it is constructed in one piece to capture the spalling effect from projectiles if a projectile hits the enclosed steel armor plate. These sleeves provide the wearer multi-level protection all in one convenient and lightweight package. These sleeves are constructed of 5 layers of Kevlar with a 10mm thick trauma pad enclosed with 1000D Polyester fabric, making it one of the toughest sleeves on the market!
These also fit level 4 ceramic plates for extra protection. Check out our 3+ Combo package!

Seems like good quality. Knocked 1 star off due to the picture shown on website (dog with sunglasses) is not what was actually received (profile picture of dog). I don’t care that the picture is different, but I don’t like that the website shows one thing and I received something different. I notified Guard Dog of this discrepancy, however it is still not resolved on the website. It shouldn’t be that hard to send the product that is advertised and shown at time of order.

Seems comfortable, could use more padding though!

Fits my thin level 3 ar500 plates and ALSO surprisingly fit a thicker level 4 plate. The trauma pad on the back feels like it’d help absorb some energy. The kevlar sheet spall sheet on the front feels really thin… I guess I have to trust GD to know what they’re doing, but only giving this 4 out of 5 as I wish I could see some video tests on their site of the spall sheet actually working to do its job. Its so thin that I have my doubts but hey, better than nothing

The trauma pad seems a little thin, but any thinker and there would be more difficulty inserting it into carrier

Haven’t tested it out, but it has great reviews and from everything I can see, it is exactly what i expected. It does fit pretty tight in my carrier but I’d rather have it in there regardless

I’m excited to have this on my steel plates. It was a little bulky fitting into my plate carrier but it was able to squeeze it in there. Other than for that it seems to do its job. Hard to review a product you don’t really want to be utilized. But quality of production seems top notch.

Depending on the plate carrier the Sleeve may make the fit a bit rough. But if it does fit, the trauma pad portion provides some extra cushioning. By feel and not experience, the sleeve is made very well and made to be durable.
