How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the “Change quantities / cancel orders” link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

My order never arrived.
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.

Here are some key points about the NIJ Level IV body armor testing:
Ammunition Type: The testing typically involves armor-piercing rifle ammunition, specifically .30-06 M2 AP (Armor-Piercing) rounds and 7.62x63mm M2AP projectiles.
Testing Conditions: The armor is tested under specific conditions, including temperature and humidity controls. This ensures that the armor performs reliably in various environments.
Shot Placement: Shots are aimed at specific locations on the armor panel to evaluate its coverage and protective capabilities. The goal is to ensure that the armor can withstand direct hits from armor-piercing rifle rounds.
Velocity and Penetration Criteria: The ammunition is fired at a specified velocity, and the armor must meet certain penetration criteria. Typically, Level IV armor is designed to stop armor-piercing rifle rounds with a specified level of kinetic energy.
Level III body armor is designed to provide protection against a variety of handgun rounds and certain rifle rounds. Here are some key characteristics of Level III body armor:
Handgun Protection: Level III armor is tested to resist penetration from a range of handgun ammunition, including 9mm FMJ (Full Metal Jacket) and .44 Magnum SJHP (Semi-Jacketed Hollow Point).
Rifle Protection: It is also designed to provide protection against rifle rounds, specifically 7.62mm FMJ rifle ammunition x 6 rounds. The protection is limited to certain types and velocities of rifle rounds, and it does not necessarily cover all rifle threats. Level 3 body armor may not protect against threats such as M855, SS109 or fast moving .556. Check the body armor description or email for additional support as there are no set NIJ standards for Level 3+ at this time.
Here are some key features of Level IIIA body armor:
Handgun Protection: Level IIIA armor is designed to provide protection against a range of handgun ammunition, including 9mm FMJ (Full Metal Jacket) and .44 Magnum SJHP (Semi-Jacketed Hollow Point).
Rifle Protection: Unlike higher-level armor (such as Level III and Level IV), Level IIIA armor does not provide protection against rifle rounds. It focuses on handgun threats.
Soft Armor Construction: Level IIIA body armor is typically made from soft materials such as aramid fibers (e.g., Kevlar) or polyethylene. The soft construction allows for flexibility and comfort while providing ballistic protection. We offer concealable level IIIA vests with flexible UHMWPE material or hard presses level IIIA plates to be used in plate carriers.
Concealability: Level IIIA armor is often used in concealed carry scenarios, where users need protection against handgun threats while maintaining a lower profile. It can be worn discreetly under clothing.
Weight and Thickness: Compared to higher-level armor with hard plates, Level IIIA armor is generally lighter and more flexible. This makes it suitable for situations where mobility and comfort are priorities.

We do not ship body armor internationally. If you would like a delivery quote for non-ballistic items, please contact us directly.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password? Click here”. That link will send an email to you with your password.
