The Sheppard tactical vest is designed to be a light and high-quality plate carrier for all of our available bullet proof plates. It is crafted from a water-resistant Oxford fabric and INCLUDES removable magazine pouches, storage bags and shell holders. Our ballistic plates will fit securely and will not bounce around in the front and rear pouches. The back yolk shoulder pads are excellent for weight distribution and there is an extendable Grab Drag handle for emergency exfiltration. This vest has adjustable shoulder straps and an adjustable elastic weight band for a comfortable universal fit from small to 2XL.
The Sheppard vest side plate pouches which fit 6″x6″ and 6″x8″ plates comfortably and securely!
*The Sheppard vest has extra thick shoulder padding. It feels stiff when new but will soften up and lot and be well worth it! To speed up the process you can take them off and twist them a few times.

Surprisingly good carrier and plates. Carrier comes with many of the pouches I would add and is sturdy. I’m 6’2” 240 lbs and the carrier adjusts to my size without any issues. Hard to rate the plates, I haven’t been shot at yet, so I’m going on faith they will do the trick if, God forbid, I even really do need them. I like the slightly lower weight than competing plates – every ounce matters! I would recommend this set up to anyone looking for a medium duty carrier and lvl. 4 plates.

Worth every penny…. Well constructed and durable. Has improved since first with metal buckles and removed the non reachable side mag holders, but they should’ve kept to 7 and not down to 5. I can always add which they make possible. Removed the rear bags on mine. Put small bag on battle belt and large bag to front of rig. This allowed me to attach a water bladder to the rear that matches. Now I can carry essentials easier on my rig and have access. Best part I got everything to match with the multi-cam. Thank you bulldog for making it easy and quick ship.

Plate carrier is great, well stitched, good clips and heavy duty material. Straps are stiff as stated but seem to be wearing in fine.

Very comfortable. Fits well, im 6 ft 240lb. Some may have to adjust the velcro for the mag pouches, small inconvenience. The two pouches are fine, i did remove due to the odd way it Interferes with the gun sling. I will replace with a full height backpack. And the two will go on my belt. They seem that they may work little better for that. The three pistol/tool pouch is also fine, i did remove it cause its position that it comes at interferes with facial hair (long beard). I will use it on the belt as well. Received the carrier after about four days. When ordered the M4+ ridgebacks were two week back order but they arrived after one week. Thanks guys great product
